For Creators · Marketplace Opens After Launch
Sell the way you trade, with a record that can't be quietly edited.
Turn your process into a MyMentor, let it prove itself on live alerts, then offer it to other TiltLab traders by subscription. Creators keep 80% of every subscription.
The marketplace isn't open yet. It opens after TiltLab launches, and this page describes how it's being built. You can build and test a MyMentor today; listing comes later.
90/10split
Founding creators: the first 10 sellers keep 90% for 12 months.
- 90% of each subscription for your first 12 months of selling, then the standard 80%.
- A featured slot on the marketplace when it opens.
- Hands-on help getting your first listing live.
How It Works
Build It, Prove It, List It
Build Your Rules
Describe how you trade as a MyMentor: the conditions you wait for, in plain rules. Test it on past sessions with an in-sample / out-of-sample split, so you can see whether it holds up on days it wasn't tuned on.
Prove It Live
Run it on live alerts. Every alert is signed and chained when it fires, so any edit, deletion or reordering shows up. A listing needs at least 30 closed live alerts over 30 days before it can go live.
List and Get Paid
Set a monthly price between $5 and $500. You keep 80% of each subscription payment and we keep 20%. Payouts go through our payment processor once you've completed its identity and tax steps. Selling needs a Pro plan.
The Verified Record
A record buyers can check, not a screenshot.
The record is built only from live alerts. Each outcome is reported by the creator's app and then checked by our server: a stop or target must match the signed price exactly, the R is recalculated on our side, and an alert with no outcome by its deadline counts as a loss.
Backtests can be shown, but they're labelled as backtests and kept out of rankings.
What the Record Is Not
- It's a record of simulated alerts, not real fills in anyone's account.
- Checking every outcome against a market price feed isn't built yet.
- Past alerts don't predict future ones, and listings carry that disclosure.
- Mentors describe a process. Listings can't promise profits or income, for buyers or for creators.
The full rules for creators are in the Terms, section 7, and the limits of simulated results are in the Risk Disclosure.
FAQ
Creator Questions
When does the marketplace open?
After TiltLab launches. There's no date yet, and we won't promise one. People on the waitlist hear first.
Who counts as a founding creator?
The first 10 creators whose listings go live on the marketplace. Their 12 months at 90% start when their listing goes live; after that the standard 80% applies.
Can a creator fake their track record?
The record is built only from live alerts, signed and chained so that any edit, deletion or reordering shows up. Each outcome is reported by the creator's app and then checked by our server: a stop or target must match the signed price exactly, the R is recalculated on our side, and an alert with no outcome by its deadline counts as a loss. Checking every outcome against a market price feed isn't built yet. Backtests are shown, but labelled as backtests and kept out of rankings. Even so, these are simulated alerts, not real fills, and past alerts don't predict future ones.
Do I need Pro to sell?
Yes. Building and testing a MyMentor works on Free (with smaller limits); listing it for sale and live alerts need Pro. See Pricing.
Are mentors trading signals?
TiltLab's own mentors never tell anyone to buy or sell. Marketplace mentors are built by independent traders, describe their creator's process, and carry their own disclosures. TiltLab never places, changes or cancels orders for anyone. See the Risk Disclosure.
